POLICY
The Seller offers products for sale on kalliste.shop and carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its end users who are "consumers". When we speak of "consumer" we refer to any natural person who acts on kalliste.shop for purposes not related to his or her commercial, business or professional activity. If you are not a "consumer", please refrain from making commercial transactions on kalliste.shop. In consideration of its commercial policy, the Seller reserves the right not to process orders from parties other than the "consumer" or in any case orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the offer, submission and acceptance of purchase orders for products on kalliste.shop between Kallistè users and the Seller.
CONTRACT WITH THE SELLER
To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on kalliste.shop, simply complete an order on kalliste.shop. The contract is concluded when the Seller receives the payment confirmation, order confirmation and the relevant data.
Upon conclusion of the contract, the Seller will take charge of your purchase order.
The Seller may not process your purchase orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in case of unavailability of products. In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been concluded and that the Seller has not carried out your purchase order specifying the reasons for this. If the products presented on kalliste.shop are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site, the Seller shall inform you, promptly and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day following that on which you transmitted your order to the Seller, of any unavailability of the products ordered. In case of submission of the order form and payment of the price, the Seller will refund the amount already paid in advance.
GUARANTEES AND INDICATION OF PRODUCT PRICES
The Seller does not sell used products, irregular or of inferior quality to the corresponding standards offered on the market.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on kalliste.shop within each product sheet. However, the images and colours of the products offered for sale on kalliste.shop may not correspond to the actual colours due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
Product prices may be subject to updates.
If you decide to exercise the right to return the products, the Seller may refuse to accept damaged products without tags or altered in their main characteristics or quality.
PAYMENTS METHODS
For the payment of the price of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs you can follow one of the methods indicated in the order. More information in the Payments section.
In case of payment by credit card, financial information (e.g. credit/debit card number or expiration date) will be forwarded to an external payment service provider (PSP) which, using an encrypted 128-bit SSL certificate protocol, guarantees the security of online transactions. Furthermore, this information will never be used by the Seller except to complete the procedures relating to your purchase and to issue refunds in the event of any product returns, following the exercise of your right of withdrawal, or if it is necessary to prevent or report to the police the commission of fraud on kalliste.shop. The price for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your bank account at the time of shipment of the products purchased.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As the consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen 30 working days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on kalliste.shop.
